Delivery Terms

1. Nature of the Service

Breach is a fully digital service operated by SEQ SIA(Reg. 40203410806, Lastadijas 12 k-3, Riga, Latvia, LV-1050). No physical goods are manufactured, shipped, or delivered. All services are provided electronically through the platform at breach.offseq.com.

2. Delivery Method

The Service is delivered digitally via secure web access. Upon successful registration and/or payment, the following are delivered immediately:

• Access to the Breach dashboard and all features included in your subscription plan
• Ability to perform dark web searches, monitor domains and emails, and receive alerts
• Access to API endpoints (if included in your plan)
• Record unlock credits (if purchased)

3. Delivery Timeline

All services are delivered instantly upon successful payment confirmation from our payment processor (EveryPay).

• Subscription activation: Immediate. Your plan features are activated within seconds of payment confirmation.
• Balance top-up: Immediate. Credits are added to your account balance as soon as the payment is confirmed.
• Record unlocks: Immediate. Unlocked data is displayed in real-time upon deduction from your credits or balance.
• Free trial: Immediate. A 14-day trial is activated upon account registration at no charge.

4. Data Retrieval

SEQ SIA does not store or host leaked databases on its own infrastructure. Breach intelligence data is retrieved in real-time from third-party intelligence providers via secure, encrypted API connections at the moment of your query.

Search results are temporarily cached to improve performance. Response times depend on the volume and complexity of the query but typically return within 2–10 seconds.

5. Availability

The Service is available 24/7 and accessible from any modern web browser. We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance windows, if necessary, will be communicated in advance.

6. System Requirements

To access the Service, you need:

• A modern web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge — latest two versions)
• An active internet connection
• JavaScript enabled

7. Delivery Confirmation

Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email to your registered email address containing transaction details and an invoice. Your account dashboard will reflect the activated subscription or added credits immediately.

8. Failed Delivery

If payment is confirmed but the service is not activated within 15 minutes due to a technical error, please contact us at breach@offseq.com. We will resolve the issue within 1 business day. If the service cannot be activated, a full refund will be issued.

9. Waiver of Withdrawal

As the Service is delivered immediately upon payment, by completing a purchase you expressly acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU, Article 16(m)). For full details, see our Returns & Refunds Policy.
